介入热化疗栓塞对肝癌患者血清IL-17、IL-10浓度变化的影响

摘　　要：目的对介入热化疗栓塞对肝癌患者血清IL-17、IL-10浓度变化及临床疗效分析。方法选取50例原发性肝癌患者,随机分为观察组(25例)和对照组(25例)。观察组采用介入热化疗栓塞法治疗,对照组采用常规介入法治疗。采用ELISA法检测2组治疗前后血清IL-17、IL-10浓度变化,并对数据进行分析对比。观察2组临床疗效。结果2组治疗前IL-17、IL-10浓度差异无统计学意义。治疗后观察组IL-17浓度降低、IL-10浓度升高,而对照组IL-17、IL-10浓度无显著变化,2组IL-17、IL-10浓度差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论介入热化疗栓塞能降低IL-17浓度、升高IL-10浓度,抑制肝癌肿瘤生长,提高患者的免疫力,防止肿瘤转移,延长患者生存时间。Objective To investigate the changes of serum IL-17 and IL-10 concentrations in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） treated by interventional thermal therapy embolization and the clinical efficacy. Methods 50 cases of primary liver cancer were randomly divided into the observation group （25 cases） and the control group （25 cases）,the observation group were treated with interventional thermochemotherapy embolization therapy,the control group with routine interventional therapy.ELISA method was used to detect the changes of serum IL-17 and IL-10 concentrations in the 2 groups before and after treatment,and the data were analyzed and compared.The clinical efficacy of the 2 groups was observed. Results There was no significant difference in the concentrations of IL-17 and IL-10 before and after treatment in the 2 groups.After treatment,the concentration of IL-17 decreased and the concentration of IL-10 increased in the observation group,but there was no significant change in the concentration of IL-17 and IL-10 in the control group after treatment,and the difference of the concentration of IL-17 and IL-10 between the 2 groups was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Interventional thermotherapy can reduce the concentration of IL-17,increase the concentration of IL-10,inhibit the growth of HCC,improve the immunity of patients,prevent metastasis and prolong the survival time of patients.
