鼻咽癌血浆中S100A8与S100A9蛋白质表达与临床分期及血浆EB病毒VCA-IgA抗体相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻咽癌患者血浆中S100A8与S100A9蛋白质表达水平和临床分期,并分析两者与血浆EB病毒VCA-IgA抗体的相关性。方法随机选取鼻咽癌患者72例,作为实验组,Ⅱ期14例,Ⅲ期32例,Ⅳ期26例。再选取30例健康人群作为对照组。取实验组和对照组的血浆样本并进行处理,检测血浆中的VCA-IgA水平和S100A8、S100A9的含量。结果对照组健康者血浆中两种蛋白质的含量,显然低于实验组的,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ⅳ期患者血浆中S100A8和S100A9的含量明显低于Ⅱ期和Ⅲ期患者血浆中两者的含量,且两两之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者血浆中两种蛋白质含量与VCA-IgA水平无相关性(S100A8γ为-0.01,P>0.05,S100A9γ为-0.09,P>0.05),而两种蛋白质具有正相关性(γ=0.21,P<0.05)。结论鼻咽癌患者血浆中S100A8与S100A9蛋白质表达水平上升,且患者血浆中S100A8与S100A9蛋白质含量跟VCA-IgA水平不具有相关性。ective To investigate the plasma levels of S100A8 and S100A9 in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC）and their clinical stages,and the correlation with plasma VCA-IgA antibody levels. Methods 72 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly selected as the experimental group.14 cases of stage Ⅱ,32 cases of stage Ⅲ,and 26 cases of stage Ⅳ.Then select 30 healthy patiernts as the control group.The plasma samples of the experimental group and the control group were taken and processed to detect the levels of VCA-IgA and the contents of S100A8 and S100A9 in the plasma. Results The contents of the 2 proteins in the plasma of the control group were significantly lower than those of the experimental group（ P 〈0.05）.The plasma levels of S100A8 and S100A9 in patients with stage Ⅳ were significantly lower than those in patients with stages Ⅱ and Ⅲ,and the differences between the 2 groups were statistically significant（ P 〈0.05）.There was no correlation between the levels of 2 proteins in plasma and VCA-IgA （S100A8 γ -0.01, P 〉0.05,S100A9 γ -0.09, P 〉0.05）.The two proteins had a positive correlation （ γ =0.21, P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The levels of S100A8 and S100A9 protein in the plasma of patients with NPC increased,and the plasma levels of S100A8 and S100A9 protein have no correlation with VCA-IgA levels.
