金港榄香烯脂质体注射液联合顺铂治疗肺癌恶性胸腔积液的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究金港榄香烯脂质体注射液联合顺铂治疗肺癌恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效。方法采用纵向列研究设计方法,将150例肺癌恶性胸腔积液患者随机分为试验组75例和对照组75例,对照组患者仅接受顺铂治疗,而试验组则接受金港榄香烯脂质体注射液联合顺铂治疗。观察对比2组治疗效果、生活质量、血常规及胸痛发生情况。结果观察组治疗有效率为77.33%,明显高于对照组的49.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者治疗前后血常规指标都在正常范围内,治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后试验组患者的KPS评分提高60例,稳定6例,下降9例;对照组患者的KPS评分提高50例,稳定7例,下降18例。试验组患者的KPS评分提高明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的患者胸痛5例(6.7%),对照组患者胸痛15例(20.0%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金港榄香烯脂质体注射液联合顺铂对肺癌恶性胸腔积液的治疗有显著效果,适合广泛推广。Objective To Study the clinical efficacy of Kingkong Elemene liposomal injection combined with cisplatin for patients with malignant pleural effusion of lung cancer. Methods Using the longitudinal column study design method,150 cases of lung cancer with malignant pleural effusion,were randomly divided into the test group （ n =75）and the control group （ n =75）.The control group received only cisplatin treatment,while the experimental group was treated with Kingkong elemene liposomal injection combined with cisplatin.Efficacy,quality of life,blood test and chest pain of the 2 groups were compared. Results The effective rate was 77.33% in the observation group and 49.33% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）.There were no significant differences in blood routine indexes between the 2 groups before and after treatment （ P 〉0.05）.After treatment,the KPS score of the experimental group increased by 60 cases,stable in 6 cases,decreased in 9 cases;the control group of patients with KPS score increased by 50 cases,stable in 7 cases,decreased in 18 cases.The KPS score of the patients in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group（ P 〈0.05）.In the experimental group,5 patients （6.7%）had chest pain,the control group was 15 cases （20.0%）,and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion KingKong elemene liposome injection combined with cisplatin for lung cancer patients with malignant pleural effusion has a significant effect,it is suitable for extensive promotion.
