摘 要:为研究姜黄素对川藏黑仔猪生长性能、机体抗氧化及免疫功能的影响,试验选择80头体重为15 kg左右、健康状况一致的川藏黑仔猪,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复4头猪,其中,A组为抗生素正对照组,B组为无抗生素负对照组,都饲喂基础日粮;C、D组为试验组,分别在基础日粮中添加500 mg/kg人工合成姜黄素、50 mg/kg天然提取姜黄素。结果表明:(1)试验C、D组平均日增重(ADG)、平均日采食量(ADFI)均高于对照A、B组,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验C、D组料肉比(F/G)与对照A、B组相比无显著差异(P>0.05),但试验D组较对照A组和B组F/G分别降低0.93%和6.60%(P>0.05),试验C组较对照B组F/G降低5.2%(P>0.05)。各组腹泻率均无显著差异(P>0.05)。(2)各组血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)含量均无显著差异(P>0.05)。试验C、D组血清丙二醛(MDA)含量均低于对照A组,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。(3)试验C、D组血清免疫球蛋白A(Ig A)、免疫球蛋白G(Ig G)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)含量均显著高于对照A、B组(P<0.05),免疫球蛋白M(Ig M)含量显著高于对照A组(P<0.05)。试验C组血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)含量显著高于对照A组(P<0.05),试验D组血清IL-6含量显著高于对照A、B组(P<0.05)。各组血清白细胞介素2(IL-2)含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。由此可知,在本试验条件下,日粮中添加人工合成姜黄素或天然提取姜黄素均可改善川藏黑仔猪的免疫功能,且不影响仔猪的生长性能和抗氧化功能。This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of curcumin on growth performance, antioxidant and immunology function of Chuanzang black piglets.A total of 80 Chuangzang black piglets about 15kg weight with similar health were chosen and randomly divided into 4 groups, with 5 replicates per group and 4 piglets per replicate.Test group A was fed a basal diet with antibiotic as positive control group,test group B was fed a basal diet without antibiotic as negative control group,while the next two experimental groups(C, D)were fed basal diet supplemented with 500 mg/kg synthetic curcumin and 50 mg/kg natural extracted curcumin,respectively.The results showed as follows : (1)The average daily gain(ADG)and average daily feed intake(ADFI)in experimental groups C and D were higher than that in control groups A and B,but the difference was not significant(P 〉 0.05).There was no significant difference in feed/gain(F/G) between experimental groups C, D and control groups A, B, but F/G in experimental group D was respectively decreased by 0.93%, 6.60% compared with groups C,D(P 〉 0.05) ,F/G in experimental C was decreased by 5.2% compared with group B(P 〉 0.05).The diarrhea rate in all groups had no significant difference(P〉 0.05).(2)The serum SOD, GSH-PX, CAT activity and T-AOC content in all groups had no significant difference(P〉0.05) .The serum MDA content in experimental groups C and D were lower than that in control group B, but the difference was not significant(P〉 0.05).(3)The serum IgA,IgG, TNF-α and IFN-γ content in experimental groups C and D were significantly higher than that in control groups A and B(P 〈0.05) , and the serum IgM content were significantly higher than that in control group A.The serum IL-6 content in experimental group C was significantly higher than that in control group A(P 〈0.05) ,while the serum IL-6 content in experimental group D was significantly higher than that in control groups A and B
