摘 要:目的该文在前列腺癌中检测SIRT3与NANOG的表达水平和分析二者相关性,为后续深入探索SIRT3与前列腺癌干细胞的关系提供依据。方法挖掘基因芯片数据库和通过免疫荧光染色和免疫蛋白印迹两种实验方法检测前列腺癌病人样本和前列腺癌细胞中SIRT3与NANOG表达水平,分析二者相关性。结果相对于正常前列腺组织,NANOG在前列腺癌病人样本中表达较高;在前列腺癌病人样本和前列腺癌细胞系中SIRT3和NANOG蛋白表达水平呈现负相关关系。结论在前列腺癌中SIRT3与NANOG表达情况呈负相关关系。Objective To investigate the expression of SIRT3 and NANOG in prostate cancer and analyze their correlation to provide a basis for the future stem cells. Methods We cancer patients and prostate c repeatedly detected ancer cells through exploration of the relationship between SIRT3 and prostate cancer the expression level of SIRT3 and NANOG in samples of prostate mining Gene database and performing immunofluorescence staining and Western blot, and analyzed their correlation. Results The expression level of NANOG in clinical samples of prostate cancer patients is higher than that in the normal prostate tissue. It shows a negative correlation between the protein expression level of SIRT3 and NANOG in clinical samples of prostate cancer patients and prostate cancer cells. Conclusion The expression level of SIRT3 and NANOG in prostate cancer is negative correlation.
