摘 要:目的探索TRβ1蛋白在肾透明细胞癌组织和癌旁组织中的表达差异及其临床意义。方法收集40例肾透明细胞癌组织及癌旁组织,使用免疫组化方法检测肾透明细胞癌组织及癌旁组织中TRβ1蛋白的表达情况。结果肾透明细胞癌组织中未发现TRβ1蛋白表达,癌旁正常肾组织中有50%呈现阳性表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。肾透明细胞癌旁组织中TRβ1蛋白表达情况与病理分期、肿瘤是否有坏死无相关性,与肾透明细胞癌组织Furman分级呈正相关(r=0.425,P=0.006),与术后是否发生转移呈负相关(r=-0.386,P=0.014)。结论应用免疫组化PV二步法检测TRβ1蛋白可能有助于肾透明细胞癌的病理鉴别诊断。TRβ1蛋白缺失与肾透明细胞癌的发生、发展相关。肾透明细胞癌旁组织中TRβ1蛋白表达情况可能与预后相关。Objective To explore the expression difference and clinical significance of TR beta 1 protein in renal clear cell carcinoma tissues and adjacent tissues.Methods 40 cases of renal clear cell carcinoma tissues and adjacent tissues were collected,and the expression of TR beta 1 protein was detected by immunohistochemical method.Results There was no positive expression of TR beta 1 in the tissues of the renal clear cell carcinoma,and 50% of the normal kidney tissue adjacent the cancer showed positive expression,and there was a significant difference(P 〈0.001).The TR beta 1 protein expression in renal clear cell carcinoma adjacent tissues was not correlated with pathological staging or tumor necrosis.But it was positively correlated with Furman classification(r =0.425,P =0.425),while negative correlated with postoperative metastases(r=0.386,P =0.014).Conclusion Using immunohistochemical PV method to detect TR beta 1 protein may contribute to the pathologic differential diagnosis of renal clear cell carcinoma.The deletion of TR beta 1 protein was associated with the occurrence and development of renal clear cell carcinoma.The expression of TR beta 1 in the adjacent tissues of renal clear cell carcinoma may be associated with prognosis.
