摘 要:目的研究药桑叶多糖的体外抗氧化活性。方法采用水提醇沉法(热水)提取药桑叶水溶性多糖并测定多糖含量。利用二苯代苦味酰基(DPPH·)、二铵盐自由基(ABTS·)、羟自由基(·OH)以及超氧阴离子自由基(O_2^-·)清除试验综合评价药桑叶多糖的体外抗氧化活性。结果药桑叶多糖在质量浓度0.2~1.2mg/mL范围内对DPPH·、ABTS·、·OH、O_2^-·的最高清除率分别为21.77%、25.16%、91.3%和85.94%。结论药桑叶多糖对4种自由基均具有一定的清除能力,其呈现一定剂量关系。Objective To assess the in vitro antioxidant activities of polysaccharide from Morus alba L.Methods Polysaccharide were extracted from Morusalba L by hot water and alcohol precipitation(WEAP),and was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method.DPPH·free radical,ABTS·free radical,superoxide anion radical(O2^-·),hydroxyl radicals(·OH)was investigated respectively to evaluate the antioxidant activity of the polysaccharide from Morus alba L.Results The polysaccharides can inhibit against DPPH·free radical,ABTS·free radical,·OH free radical and O2_2--·superoxide anion free radical.The highest scavenging rate was 21.77%,25.16%,91.3% and 85.94%,respectively.ConclusionPolysaccharides from Morus alba L has antioxidant activities of scavenging of four various free radicals,and indicated the dose-effect relationship.
