摘 要:以烘干的红薯叶粉为原料,优化提取绿原酸的工艺条件。以溶液pH值、乙醇浓度、提取温度和提取时间为试验因素,通过单因素试验和Box-Behnken设计试验,对绿原酸提取工艺进行优化,并建立提取动力学模型。结果表明:从烘干的红薯叶粉提取绿原酸的最优工艺条件为乙醇浓度59%,溶液pH4.8,提取温度57℃,提取时间29 min,提取率预测值为3.63%。以不同溶液pH值下绿原酸提取率随时间变化的规律建立提取过程动力学模型。经拟合模型比较,5次多项式模型能更好地反映红薯叶粉中绿原酸提取过程的动力学规律。Optimum process conditions for extraction of chlorogenic acid from sweet potato leaves were studied.Single factor method and Box-Behnken experimental design were applied to optimize the extraction process. On this basis,extraction kinetic models were established. The results showed that the optimum technological conditions for the extraction of chlorogenic acid were the follow spects:the volume fraction of ethanol solution was 59 %,pH was 4.8,extraction temperature was 57 ℃,extraction time was 29 min,under this conditions,the yield of insoluble fiber was 3.63 %. The kinetic models were established under different concentration of pH and extraction time,and the 5 degree polynomial model was the best fit.
