摘  要:在速度外环为模糊PI的无刷直流电机双闭环调速基础上,提出了一种模糊优化PI控制方法。该方法通过"软边界切换"改善模糊输出从而灵活调整PI参数,简单高效。另外针对由于积分饱和产生的转速超调,在转速调节器上加入微分负反馈即可解决。仿真和实验结果表明,与常规模糊PI控制相比,该方法能有效提高调速系统动、稳态性能,使得无刷直流电机调速系统响应曲线更接近理想调速曲线。In this paper,based on the double-closed loop speed control of brushless DC motor(BLDCM) with fuzzy PI on the speed outer loop,a fuzzy optimized PI control method is proposed. This method improves the fuzzy output through "soft boundary switching",so as to improve the PI parameters flexibly,it is a simple design with high performance. In addition,for the speed overshoot due to integral saturation,differential feedback is added to the speed regulator. Simulation and experimental results show that compared with the conventional fuzzy PI control,this method can effectively improve the dynamic and steady state performance of the speed control system,making the response curve of the BLDCM speed control system closer to the ideal speed control curve.
