摘 要:近年来,通过全基因组关联分析筛选结核病易感基因取得了丰硕成果,其中ASAP1作为新发现的结核易感基因引起了国内外广泛的关注。同时,关于ASAP1基因多态性影响人类结核易感性的生物学机制得到了初步的科学实验验证,为进一步高效精准地预防、控制和治疗人类结核病提供了可能。本文对ASAP1基因的功能和其多态性与结核病的相关性研究进行综述,初步总结ASAP1蛋白影响结核遗传易感的机制,为今后启发研究者充分考虑病原体、宿主、环境多因素及他们的相互作用来科学研究结核病易感性奠定基础。In recent years,screening tuberculosis susceptibility genes through the genome-wide association analysis has achieved fruitful results,and ASAP1 as a new tuberculosis susceptibility gene caused widespread concern in China and abroad.Meanwhile,the biological mechanism of ASAP1 gene polymorphism affecting human tuberculosis susceptibility has been verified by preliminary scientific experiments,which provides the possibility for prevention,control and treatment of human tuberculosisby efficient and accurate approach.In this paper,we reviewed the function of ASAP1 gene and the relationship between gene polymorphism and tuberculosis susceptibility,and pointed out that the mechanism of tuberculosis genetic susceptibility need further study.Thus,the paper inspired the researchers to give full consideration on scientifically study of the susceptibility of tuberculosis from many aspects of pathogens,hosts,environmental factors and their interactions.
