摘　　要：提供了一种板坯横截锯设备,它包括板坯输送装置、移动横截锯以及液压装置,所述移动横截锯的下方设置三个转辊,三个转辊位于板坯的下方,板坯输送装置的皮带依次绕过三个转辊,移动横截锯的转辊与皮带张紧固定,从而使移动横截锯在皮带的带动下同步前进。采用上述结构后,锯片切割板坯时就能够完全切断板坯,从而保证板坯结构的完整性,节约材料,而且结构紧凑、控制成本方便、易于维护。This paper provides a new oriented strand board flying cut-off saw, which includes slab transmission device, flying cut-off saw and hydraulic unit. Three rollers are setted under the flying cut-off saw, which are at the bottom of the belt. Owing to the belt around three rollers in turn, the belt and flying cut-off saw are tightly fixed. The belt and flying cut-off saw are synchronous headway. After the above structure is adopted, the flying cut-off saw can cut the slab completely. Moreover, the flying cut-off saw is light and few movement parts with inexpensive maintenance.
