摘　　要：分析了高校教师私人文献校内共享的目的和意义以及高校图书馆应发挥的作用,提出了搭建私人文献共享平台的基本思路与途径,研究构建了私人文献共享管理系统,以期能弥补高校图书馆馆藏不足,充分满足师生日益增长的文献需求。This article analyzes the purpose and significance of the campus sharing of university teachers＇ private literature,and the role of university library should play,puts forward the basic thought and way to build the private literature sharing platform. The research constructs the private document sharing management system,in order to make up for a lack of university library＇s collection,and fully meet the growing literature demands between teachers and students.
