摘　　要：目的了解临沂市18岁及以上人群中精神疾病的患病情况,为制定本地区精神卫生工作规划提供科学依据。方法采用整体分层抽样的方法随机抽取研究对象,使用GHQ筛查表,对筛查出的高危、中危和部分低危者依据SCID-I/P和MMSE作出精神障碍诊断。结果 3670人完成筛查和诊断,30日现患标准化患病率为12.96%,排在前4位的分别是焦虑障碍(3.33%)、心境障碍(3.17%)、酒精使用障碍(2.04%)、器质性障碍(1.23%)。结论精神障碍患病水平在逐渐升高,已经成为必须加强综合干预的公共卫生问题。Objective To investigate the prevalence of mental disorders in 18 years old adults and older in Linyi,and to provide scientific evidence for the planning of mental health work in this region.Methods Stratified cluster sampling method was used to randomly select samples,using GHQ screening table,screening of high risk,medium risk and low risk,on the basis of SCID-I/P and MMSE to mental disorders diagnosis.Results 3670 people completed screening and diagnosis.The prevalence rate of standardized disease was 12.96%in 30 days.The top 4 were anxiety disorder（3.33%）,mood disorder（3.17%）,alcohol use disorder（2.04%）and organic disorder（1.23%）.Conclusion The prevalence of mental disorders is rising gradually,and it has become a public health problem that must be intervened.
