暂时冠在牙隐裂全冠修复前保护效果的观察

摘　　要：目的探讨树脂暂时冠对隐裂牙的保护效果。方法选择牙隐裂患者144例,随机分为实验组(73人)和对照组(71人)。实验组使用树脂暂时冠,对照组使用正畸带环,在患牙全冠修复前做固位保护。结果两组患者在固位观察期的效果对比有差异(Z=3.395,P=0.001),全冠修复后的远期效果无差异(Z=0.567,P=0.571)。结论树脂暂时冠在全冠修复前对患牙保护效果更全面,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the protective effect of resin temporarily crowned cracked teeth.Methods One hundred and forty-four patients with cracked teeth were randomly divided into experimental group（73 persons）and control group（71 persons）.The experimental group used a temporary crown of resin,and the control group used an orthodontic band to provide retention protection before the restoration of the full crown of the tooth.Results There was a difference in the effect of the retention time between the two groups（Z =3.395,P =0.001）,and there was no difference in the long-term outcome after complete crown repair（Z=0.567,P =0.571）.Conclusion The resin has a more comprehensive protective effect on the affected teeth before the restoration of the whole crown,which is worthy of clinical application.
