摘  要:在大直径盾构隧道内设置中隔墙以实现单管双线运营,是轨交工程中的一项重大技术创新。但在相对狭小的隧洞空间内建造中隔墙,却又是施工的一大难题。结合工程实际,通过模拟计算和分析,找出施工症结和关键点,为此制订了相应的工法,并专门研制了预制中隔墙拼装机,实现了在狭小隧道空间内预制中隔墙的快捷拼装,使施工质量得以提高,工期得以压缩,取得了理想的社会和经济效益。The establishment of mid-partition walls in a large-diameter shield tunnel to achieve single-tube and double-line operation is a major technological innovation in rail transit projects. However, building mid-partition walls in a relatively narrow and small tunnel space is a major construction problem. Combining with engineering practice and through simulation calculations and analysis, the difficulties and key points of construction have been found out and the corresponding engineering methods have also been formulated. Furthermore, a prefabricated mid-partition wall assembly machine was specially developed, and the rapid assembly of the prefabricated partition wall in narrow and small tunnel space was also realized, which not only improved the construction quality, reduced the construction period, but also obtained ideal social and economic benefits.
