摘　　要：人格是一种倾向,可以预判事情发展的趋势,道德是人们在长期遵守的思想及行为规范并具有一定榜样作用的风向标,两者有机统一,是为人处世的内在规定和价值总和。然而,当代大学生对道德人格的认识有一定的盲点,现代社会的建设离不开经济发展同样也离不开道德人格的建设,在这个需要大学生参与的社会主义现代化建设的进程中,大学生的个人素质被提出了更高的要求。了解并解决大学生道德人格的"失效""失范""失落"及未来的成长锻炼方向,有助于人与社会全面发展。Personality is a tendency which predicts the development trend of things and morality is the thought and behavior standard that people always conform to and an indicator with modeling function. The combination of the two is the internal regulation and value sum of interaction with others. However,contemporary university students have certain misunderstanding of morality and personality. The social construction can not be separated from economic development and morality and personality building. The socialist modernization construction poses higher demand for the individual quality of university students. Understanding and solving＂loss of effectiveness＂,＂loss of demonstration＂,＂loss of expectation＂and growth and training direction in future contributes to the all-around development of humans and the society.
