上睑下垂术后应用改良眼部包扎法预防并发症效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察上睑下垂术后应用改良眼部包扎法预防并发症效果。方法选择我院自2015年1月-2017年12月收治的行额肌瓣悬吊术的125例上睑下垂患者,所有患者在术后均给予改良眼部包扎法,观察期并发症发生情况。结果 125例患者中有3例在术后出现并发症,占所有患者的2.40%,其中2例(1.6%)为继发性额部水肿,1例(0.8%)为角膜上皮缺损。结论上睑下垂术后应用改良眼部包扎法,其并发症发生率较低,值得在临床上借鉴。Objective To observe the effect of modified eye dressing method on the prevention of complications after ptosis.Met hods Select our hospital from January 2015-December 2017 line of frontal muscle flap suspension surgery in our hospital 125 cases o f patients with ptosis, eye bandaging method all patients were improved after surgery, observation period complications occurred.Resul ts 3 of the 125 patients had postoperative complications, accounting for 2.40% of all patients, 2 of them（1.6%） were secondary edema, and 1（0.8%） was corneal epithelial defect.Conclusion The application of modified ocular bandage after ptosis has a low complication rate and is worthy of reference in clinic.
