摘 要:开展就业指导是大学增强毕业生就业能力、提高毕业生就业率的重要途径。英国大学的就业指导十分发达,被公认为与美国并驾齐驱的世界领跑者。英国大学建立了高素质的就业指导队伍,就业指导人员由就业顾问、信息人员、活动组织者、学术教师、雇主以及校友等组成,不仅具备相应的教育背景和工作背景,还积极参加专业培训。他们建立了上下贯通、内外合作的完整系统,工作人员非常专业化与多元化,阶梯式培训为专业人员的成长提供了有力支撑。我国大学要以战略眼光高度重视就业指导队伍建设工作,积极推进就业指导队伍的专业化和多元化,并建立长效机制。Delivering careers guidance is an important approach for universities to improve the employability of graduates and enhance their employment rate. The careers guidance in universities in Britain is strongly developed and is widely regarded as a world leader alongside the USA. Universities in England have established a high-quality careers guidance team,which includes careers advisors,information staff,activity organizers,academic teachers,employers and alumni. They not only have the corresponding educational background and working background,but also actively participate in professional training. The system maintains internal and external cooperation very well. The staff is very specialized and diversified and hierarchical training provides a strong support for the development of professionals. Universities in our country should attach great importance to the team construction of careers guidance,promote its specialization and diversification,and establish a long-term mechanism.
