适应产教融合的大学生专利孵化服务体系实证研究——以长沙学院为例

摘　　要：当前大学生专利普遍存在转化率低的问题,究其原因,"闭门造车"导致了很多专利脱离企业和市场需求,缺乏实用性和可操作性。对于产教融合的地方高校而言,构建大学生专利孵化服务体系是促进大学生专利发展的重要因素,对于大学生创客、地方高校、地方政府和社会而言,具有一定的实践意义。大学生专利孵化服务体系包括大学生专利孵化创客空间建设、创客网络平台构建与资源整合,以及大学生专利孵化激励机制的建立等。Currently,there is a common problem of low conversion rate for undergraduate patents. Many undergraduate patents ignore the needs of companies and markets,and they are lack of practicality and operability. For local colleges where production and education are integrated,constructing a patent incubation service system for undergraduates is an important factor to promote the development of undergraduate patents. Also,it is of practical significance for graduate makers,transforming local colleges,local governments,and the society. The undergraduate patent incubation service system includes the construction of undergraduate patent incubation maker space,the construction of the maker network platform,the integration of the platform resources,and the establishment of a patent incubation mechanism for undergraduates.
