公共视界下的历史资源与历史教育——近现代百年“历史饥饿”的初步诊断  

History Resources and History Education under the Public Perspective——A Preliminary Diagnosis of “History Hunger” in Modern Times

摘  要:私有制兴起后,迫于权力、身份、财富、地域空间上的种种优势,中国历史资源与历史教育的公共取向,渐趋于隐没。迄至近代,终致"历史饥饿"之患;时人希图打破诸多优势及建构其上的资源占有形式,故掀起"史界革命"拯救之。不过,现代网络技术的强势渗透及其不均等性发展,今日再度让公共取向陷入困局。总之,还归历史资源的原本属性和"还史于民",既是实现"历史饥饿"源头治理的有效策略,又是实施供给侧改革,确保公共产品正常供给,根治百年"历史饥饿"的关键。After the rise of private ownership,forced by power,identity,wealth and space,the public orientation of Chinese history resources and history education have been fading out. Up to modern times,it has finally caused the suffering of"history hunger". People nowadays try to break a lot of advantages and resource possession forms based on it. That is why they launched the "history revolution". However,the strong penetration of modern web technology and its unequal development have once again left public orientation in a dilemma. In short,returning the original attributes of history resources and"returning history to people"are effective strategies for the source of"history hunger". They are also keys to implement supply-side reform,ensuring the normal supply of public products,and to eradicate hundred years of "history hunger".
