赝复体修复单侧上颌骨缺损主客观评价相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:评估赝复体修复单侧上颌骨缺损主客观评价间相关性分析。方法:选择因一侧上颌骨缺损就诊制作支架中空式永久性赝复体修复的患者为研究对象。采用单侧上颌骨缺损患者咀嚼功能调查问卷进行主观评价。采用吸光光度法测定赝复体戴入前后的咀嚼效率;T-scan Ⅱ咬合力分析仪测定患者咬合加载时间(MLT)及咬合力分布状况,完成客观评价。对主客观评价结果进行相关性分析。结果:主观评价表明上颌骨缺损患者对戴用赝复体后咀嚼功能的恢复表示满意;赝复体戴入后咀嚼效率吸光光度平均值由0.340abs提高到0.492abs(P<0.01),咬合力中心向缺损侧平均移3.9mm,缺损区可承受一定咬合力,改善了患者的咬合力分布(P<0.01)。患者咀嚼功能问卷调查得分、咀嚼效率的高低及咬合力分布测试结果相互间无相关关系(P>0.05)。结论:患者戴用赝复体后的主观评价与客观测试结果之间无明显相关关系。Objective： To evaluate the correlation between subjective and objective evaluation of prostheses restoring unilateral maxillary defect. Methods： Patients with prosthesis for unilateral maxillary defect were recruited for this study.Questionnaire for the chewing-function of patients was used for subjective evaluation. The masticatory efficiency was measured with a spectrophotometer. The distribution of occlusal force was measured with T-Scan Ⅱ Computerized Occlusal Analysis system. The correlation analysis of subjective and objective evaluation results was carried out. Results： Subjective evaluation indicated that the patients were satisfied with the restoration after wearing prosthesis. The masticatory efficiency and distribution of occlusal force of patients were significantly improved. There was no correlation between the results of chewing-function questionnaire, masticatory efficiency and distribution of occlusal force（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： There was no significant correlation between subjective evaluation and objective test results.
