摘　　要：＂4321＂教学方法能够使青年教师快速融入教学,较好地把控课堂和有效地管理课堂,调动学生学习的积极性和主动性,实现教师教学与学生学习的结合,从而提高教学质量,对推动民办高校教学发展具有一定的借鉴意义。The＂4321＂teaching method can help young teachers quickly integrate into teaching,better to control the classroom and manage the classroom effectively,mobilize the enthusiasm of the students,and realize the combination of teaching and learning,so as to improve the teaching quality. It has a certain reference for promoting the teaching development of private colleges and universities.
