摘　　要：临床药师通过参与1例侵袭性肺毛霉菌患者的治疗过程,分别从抗真菌治疗的药物选择、剂量、疗程和药品不良反应方面实施药学监护,患者在治疗过程中出现肾功能损害,医师采纳临床药师建议,患者肾功能逐渐恢复正常,症状好转,保障了患者用药安全,为临床毛霉菌感染治疗提供参考依据。Clinical pharmacists provided pharmaceutical care for a patient with pulmonary mucormycosis, including antifungal drug seletion, dosage, treatment course and drug adverse reactions. The patient showed renel function during therapeutic process, and doctor adopted suggestions from clinical pharmacists. The renel function of the patient gradually returned to normal, and the symptoms improved. Which helps ensure the safety of medication use in the patient, providing a reference for the treatment of infections caused by mucormycosis.
