1429例北京市户籍居民膀胱癌住院患者统计分析

摘　　要：目的收集并分析北京市某三级甲等医院北京市户籍居民膀胱癌住院患者的资料,了解北京市膀胱癌住院患者的基本情况。方法回顾性收集整理某三级甲等医院1429例北京市户籍居民膀胱癌住院患者的资料,使用Excel 2007和SPSS 19.0软件统计分析膀胱癌住院患者的就诊趋势、年龄趋势、男女比例等特征。就诊趋势采用Cox-Stuart趋势检验,年龄趋势采用秩和检验,男女比例采用卡方检验,统计检验标准为P<0.05。结果北京市某三级甲等医院1429例膀胱癌住院患者中,近十年来住院人数呈递增趋势,P<0.05;北京市各地区中,膀胱癌患者以中老年人居多且城区患者多于郊区患者,H=41.506,P<0.05;各地区膀胱癌患者中男性明显多于女性,x^2=69.118,P<0.05;结论北京市膀胱癌住院患者中男性大约是女性患者的3倍,因此男性对于膀胱癌要更加重视;中老年人为膀胱癌的高发人群,需加强对中老年人膀胱癌的防治力度,力争早发现早治疗,积极改善患者的生存质量。Objective To collect and analyze the data of inpatientswith bladder cancer in a Grade three first class general hospital in Beijing residents, and understand the basic situation of bladder cancer inpatients in Beijing. Methods Retrospective collect data of 1429 inpatients with bladder cancer in a Grade three first class general hospital in Beijing residents, Excel 2007 and SPSS19.0 were used for Statistical analysis of the treatment trends of inpatients with bladder cancer, age trend, male and female ratio, and so on. Cox-Stuart trend test was used for treatment trends, rank sum test for age trends while Z2 test for sex ratio. Results Among 1,429 inpatients with bladder cancer in a Grade three first class general hospital in Beijing, the number of inpatientshas increased in the past decade, P〈0.05; The majority of patients with bladder cancer in various regions of Beijing are middle-aged and elderly people, and there are more than urban patients than suburban patients, H=41.506, P〈0.05; There are significantly more men than women in bladder cancer patients in each region, X^2=69.118, P〈0.05; Conclusions Male patients with bladder cancer in Beijing are nearly 3 times more than female, Men should pay more attention to bladder cancer; Middle-aged and elderly people are high incidence of bladder cancer, need to strengthen the prevention of bladder cancer in the middle-age and elderly, early detection and early treatment, improve the life quality.
