摘  要:针对电站锅炉炉膛负压因负荷变动经常发生变化,常规PID难以满足其控制要求的状况,将基于人工神经网络的无模型自适应控制算法应用到锅炉炉膛负压回路中。仿真结果表明该算法具有较强的鲁棒性和自适应能力。在某电厂炉膛负压回路的实际投运结果显示,炉膛负压稳定,取得了良好的控制效果。该算法不依赖对象数学模型、参数调整简单,能够更好地满足现场控制要求。In view of the constant variation of negative pressure of boiler in power plant due to load variation, conventional PID is difficult to meet its control requirements. The model-free adaptive control algorithm based on artificial neural network is applied to the negative pressure circuit of boiler furnace. The simulation results show that the algorithm has strong robustness and adaptive ability. The actual operation results of negative pressure circuit in a power plant show that the furnace negative pressure is stable and good control effect is obtained. The algorithm does not rely on the mathematical model of the object and is simple in parameter adjustment, and can better meet the requirements of the field control.
