摘  要:研究建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定海鲜产品中16种稀土元素的方法。样品经HNO_3+H_2O_2密闭高压消解后,消解液直接用ICP-MS进行测定。在优化仪器工作参数后,选取103 Rh为内标元素消除基体干扰和灵敏度漂移,同时选取氨气为动态反应气消除质谱干扰,确保了实验结果的准确性。结果表明,16种稀土元素的检出限为0.1~33.3ng/L,线性关系良好,相关系数r>0.999,精密度良好,相对标准偏差(RSD)<6.0%,回收率在88.3%~103.5%之间。方法经国家一级标准物质(GBW10050)验证,结果与标示值相符。实验表明,方法检出限低,准确度高,精密度好,能满足批量海鲜样品中稀土元素快速检测的要求。A new method has been developed for the determination of 16 rare earth elements in seafood by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The sample was digested by HNO3+H2O2,and 103 Rh was selected as the internal standard element to eliminate matrix interference and ammonia was used as dynamic reaction gas to eliminate mass spectroscopic interference,then the experimental conditions were optimized.The results showed that the detection limits were in the range of 0.1-33.3 ng/L,the correlation coefficient was above 0.999,the relative standard deviation(RSD)was below 6.0% and the recovery of samples was between 88.3% and 103.5%.This method was tested using national standard substance GBW10050 and the results are in good agreement with the recommended values.The results show this method is suitable for rapid determination of rare earth elements in seafood with good precision and high accuracy.
