摘 要:为了探索研究旋风筒旋向布置对预热器压损的影响,试验采用了两种模型装置,对比了三种进口气流旋转强度不同的旋风筒在不同风速和固气比下压损变化的差异。研究表明,带旋转强度的气流进入会加大旋风筒压损,且旋转强度越大,压损越高;二级旋风预热器的旋风筒同向布置较反向布置更有利于预热器压损的降低;在空载和低固气比工况中,旋向布置对预热器压损有较大的影响,高固气比工况中,旋向对预热器压损的影响会减弱。Two different model devices were used to explore the effect of the rotating direction arrangement of cyclone on the pressure loss of preheater. The differences in the pressure loss of the cyclones with different inlet air rotating intensities, flowing speed and solid/gas ratios were compared. The experimental results showed that the entering airflow with rotation intensity led to larger cyclone pressure loss which increased with increasing rotation intensity. For the two-stage preheater, the arrangement of cyclone in same direction was more favorable than that in reverse arrangement in reducing the pressure loss of the preheater. In operating conditions without raw materials and low solid/gas ratio operating conditions, the rotation orientation had a greater impact on the preheater pressure loss. In high solid/gas ratio conditions, the effect of rotation direction on the preheater pressure loss was weakened.
