高等中医药院校教育国际化的问题与对策——以上海中医药大学与德国美因茨大学交流项目为例

摘　　要：对上海中医药大学与德国美因茨大学的国际交流合作项目进行分析,认为该项目在一定程度上反映了中医药教育国际化进程中存在的问题:中医药高等教育国际化内涵认知不足、中西文化差异大、中医药学科内涵模糊、合作院校课程体系兼容性差等。提出通过增强高等教育国际化战略意识,理性处理现代与传统、科学与人文的关系,重视学科内涵建设,促进跨学科交流,营造国际化校园氛围等方式促进中医药高等教育国际化的发展。This paper analyzes the international exchange and cooperation program between Shanghai University of TCM and Johannes Gutenberg-University Mainz in Germany, and holds that this program can illustrate the problems in the progress of TCM education internationalization such as the insufficient understanding of the connotation of internationalization of higher education of TCM, background difference between Chinese and western cultures, indistinct connotation of TCM subject and compatibility of course systems between cooperation institutions, etc. It＇s proposed that the development of internationalization of higher education of TCM should be developed through strengthening the strategic consciousness of iutemalization of higher education, the rational handling of the relations between the traditional and the modem as well as science and humanity, the valuing of connation construction, the promoting of the construction of interdisciplinary exchange and fostering of an internationalized campus atmosphere
