摘  要:针对φ12.2 m×8.8 m半自磨机法兰连接螺栓在自身质量、钢衬板质量、电动机转子质量、电动机磁拉力、物料载荷和螺栓预紧力载荷下,采用有限元方法进行建模分析。并基于BS 7608—2014标准,对中空轴和端盖连接螺栓、端盖和筒体连接螺栓、进料端筒体和出料端筒体连接螺栓进行疲劳评估。在满足安全和使用性能的前提下,对比分析后,选择最佳的螺栓规格及数量。The flange connection bolts of SAG mill φ 12.2 m×8.8 m under the action of the mill gravity, the liner gravity, motor rotor gravity, motor magnetic pull, charge load and bolt pretightening force was modeled and analyzed by using FEA method. In addition, based on standard BS 7608—2014, the fatigue evaluation on the connection bolts of trunnion and end cover, the connection bolts of end cover and shell and the connection bolts of feeding shell and discharging shell was conducted. On the premise of satisfying the safety and service performance, optimal size and number of the bolts were identified after comparison and analysis.
