黄芪桂枝五物汤对产后痹证患者关节疼痛、睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗产后痹证患者的临床疗效及对患者关节疼痛、睡眠质量的影响。方法:将82例产后痹证患者随机分为研究组与对照组,各41例。两组均予以西药治疗,研究组在此基础上应用黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗,疗程均为30 d。对比两组临床疗效,记录关节疼痛数目、晨僵持续时间,评价治疗前后中医症状积分、疼痛数字评分量表(NRS)评分及匹茨堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)。结果:研究组总有效率(97.56%)较对照组(85.37%)明显提高(P<0.05);治疗后研究组的疼痛关节数、晨僵持续时间、中医症状积分、疼痛NRS评分及PSQI评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗产后痹证疗效确切,具有改善临床症状、减轻关节疼痛及改善睡眠质量等作用。Objective： To investigate the clinical effects of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction in treatment of postpartum arthralgia and its influence on joint pain and sleep quality. Methods： Totally 82 cases of postpartum arthralgia patients were randomly divided into research group and control group,with 41 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with western medicine, on the basis, the research group received Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction addition and subtraction therapy for 30 days. The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups, the number of joint pain, the duration of morning stiffness were recorded. The scores of traditional Chinese medicinesymptom score, pain numerical rating scale （NRS） and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） were evaluated before and after treatment. Results： The total effective rate in research group （97. 56% ） was significantly higher than that in control group （85.37%） （P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the number of painful joints, duration of morning stiffness, traditional Chinese medicine symptom score, pain NRS score and PSQI score in research group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction addition and subtraction is effective in treating postpartum arthralgia, which can improve clinical symptoms, reduce joint pain and improve the sleep quality.
