XT方案和CEF方案治疗乳腺癌的疗效及对SF-36评分的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨多西他赛联合卡培他滨(XT方案)和环磷酰胺+表柔比星+氟尿嘧啶(CEF方案)对乳腺癌的治疗效果及其对简明健康问卷(short form of 36,SF-36)评分的影响。方法选取2015年11月至2016年11月于本院肿瘤内科治疗的70例女性乳腺癌患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同随机分成两组,对照组患者应用CEF方案治疗,研究组患者应用XT方案治疗,对比两组患者治疗结果和SF-36评分。结果研究组患者治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者SF-36评分对比无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者SF-36评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 XT方案治疗乳腺癌效果好,可提高临床治疗有效率和患者生活质量。Objective To investigate the effects of Docetaxel combined with Capecitabine（XT regimen） and Cyclophosphamide, Epirubicin, and Fluorouracil（CEF regimen） in the treatment of breast cancer and its impact on short form of 36（SF-36） score. Method From November 2015 to November 2016, 70 women with breast cancer were treated in cancer department of our hospital, they were randomly divided into two groups according to different treatment methods. Control group patients were treated with CEF regimen; study group patients were treated with XT regimen. The results of treatment and SF-36 scores between the two groups were compared. Result The overall effective rate of study group was significantly higher than that of control group（P〉0.05）, the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of control group（P〈 0.05）. Before treatment, there was no significant difference in SF-36 scores between the two groups（P〈 0.05）. After treatment, the SF-36 score of study group was significantly higher than that of control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The XT regimen is effective in the treatment of breast cancer, and can improve the effective rate of clinical treatment and the quality of life of patients.
