摘  要:通过固体接种和液体接种制栽培种的实验方法,对双孢蘑菇As2796菌株制栽培种菌丝萌发情况、菌丝满袋时间、培养周期进行了研究,并讨论了两种方法制栽培种的优缺点。结果表明液体接种方式和固体接种方式制栽培种,菌丝开始萌发的时间均为1天;液体接种方式菌丝满袋时间约为25天,固体接种方式约为31天;液体接种方式培养周期少于固体接种方式的,液体接种方式约为49天,固体接种方式约为74天。从培养周期来看,液体接种方式具有更好的应用前景。Through solid inoculation and liquid inoculation cultivating methods, the hyphae germination, hyphal full bagging time and culturing cycle of cultivar cultivated by As2796 Agaricusbisporus were studied. And the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods were discussed.The results showed that the liquid inoculation method and the solid inoculation method of cultivating species, mycelium began to germinate the time is 1 day; liquid inoculation mode mycelium full bag time was about 25 days, solid inoculation method was about 31 days; liquid inoculation method culture cycle less than the solid inoculation method, liquid inocula- tion mode culture cycle was about 49 days, solid inoculation mode culture cycle was about 74 days. From the cultivation cycle, the liquid inoculation method has a better application prospects.
