江西省某县基层医疗卫生机构抗菌药物采购情况分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解江西省基层医疗卫生机构药品网上集中采购情况,为进一步完善基层医疗卫生机构药品网上集中采购工作和促进合理用药提供参考。[方法]搜集江西省2014-2016年医药采购服务平台上某县乡镇卫生院集中采购药品的信息,利用Excel 2007对江西省某县基层医疗卫生机构抗菌药品网上集中采购数据等进行统计、分析。[结果]2014-2016年网上集中采购抗菌药物品种数分别为53种、51种和47种;网上集中采购抗菌药物金额占网上集中采购药品总金额的比例分别为12.35%、15.34%、15.79%;2014-2016年,采购的抗菌药物中基本药物金额占比分别为98.17%、99.02%、97.57%;头孢菌素类抗菌药物采购金额占网上集中采购抗菌药物总金额的比例分别为35.54%、21.03%、17.27%;口服给药金额占比逐年降低,注射给药金额占比逐年升高。[结论]抗菌药物占比较高;基本药物制度实施情况较好;头孢菌素类药品网上采购金额占比较大;口服抗菌药物采购情况有待改善。Objective To understand the situation of drug centralized purchasing on line in primary health institutions in Jiangxi Province,so as to provide reference for further improvement of drug centralized purchasing work in primary health institutions and promoting rational drug use.Methods It conducted statistics and analysis on the data of antibacterial drug centralized purchasing on line in primary health institutions in a county of Jiangxi Province by Excel 2007,which based on data of bidding and procurement platform. Results From 2014 to 2016,number of varieties of antimicrobial drugs which centralized purchasing on line were 53,51 and 47. The proportion of antibacterial drug centralized purchasing amount online up total amount was 12. 35%,15. 34% and 15. 79% respectively. From 2014 to 2016,essential medicines of antibacterial drugs in the procurement amount accounted for 98. 17%,99. 02% and 97. 57%. The proportion of cephalosporins antibacterial drug purchasing amount up antibacterial drug centralized purchasing amount online was 35. 54%,21. 03% and 17. 27% respectively. The proportion of oral administration amount reduced year by year,injection amount accounted for increased year by year. Conclusions The proportion of antimicrobial drugs procured is relatively high. The implementation of the essential medicines system is better. The proportion of cephalosporins drugs purchasing on line is relatively large. The procurement situation of oral antimicrobial drugs needs to be further improved.
