摘　　要：目的探讨经颅磁刺激(r TMS)治疗对阿尔茨海默病(AD)病人前瞻性记忆的影响。方法 60例AD病人,采用前瞻性研究随机分为r TMS组(接受双侧前额叶r TMS治疗)、对照组(接受双侧前额叶伪r TMS治疗)各30例,疗程4周;对比2组病人治疗前后Rivermead行为记忆测试(RBMT)、剑桥前瞻性记忆测试量表(CAMPROMPT)评分的变化。结果治疗前,r TMS组的RBMT评分、基于事件的前瞻性记忆(EBPM)评分、基于时间的前瞻性记忆(TBPM)评分及CAMPROMPT评分与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,r TMS组的RBMT评分、EBPM评分、TBPM评分及CAMPROMPT评分均高于本组治疗前。结论 r TMS对AD病人的前瞻性记忆损伤具有一定的治疗作用。Objective To investigate the effects of transcranial magnetic stimulation（r TMS） on prospective memory in the patients with Alzheimer＇s disease（AD）. Methods A total of sixty patients with AD from December 2016 to June 2017 in Department of Neurology of our hospital were selected. A prospective randomized study was conducted and the patients were divided into r TMS（receiving r TMS treatment at bilateral prefrontal lobes） group and control group（receiving pseudo r TMS therapy of bilateral prefrontal lobes）,with 30 cases in each group. The treatment was lasted for 4 weeks. Rivermead behavioral memory test（RBMT）,the Cambridge prospective memory test（CAMPROMPT） score were detected and compared before and after treatment in the two groups. Results Before treatment,the difference in RBMT score,event-based prospective memory（EBPM） score,time-based prospective memory（TBPM） score and CAMPROMPT score between the r TMS group and the control group showed no statistical difference（P 〉0. 05）; After treatment, the scroes of RBMT, EBPM, TBPM and CAMPROMPT in r TMS group were higher than those before treatment and the control group（P〈0. 05）.Conclusions RTMS treatment has a certain therapeutic effect on prospective memory impairment in patients with AD.
