“工匠精神”对培育医学生职业精神的启发

摘　　要：探讨了工匠精神与医学生职业精神在角色担当、关注对象、实践路径和功能内涵上的区别,梳理出"工匠精神"中所蕴含的"业境"、"艺境"和"心境"三种境界;将造成医学生职业精神培育困境的原因归纳为医学生职业信仰迷失、知行合一脱节、医德教育缺失;并探索性地提出可通过筑牢医学生职业信仰、夯实医学生专业素养、厚植医学生品德根基来实现医学生职业精神培育与"工匠精神"的融合。This paper discusses the differences between craftsman＇s spirit and medical students＇ professionalism in their roles,objects,practicing paths and functional connotations in the beginning,then it teases out＂working level＂,＂artistic level＂and ＂mood level＂as three intentions of ＂craftsman＇s spirit＂.The reasons that cause the dilemma of medical students＇ professionalism cultivation are summarized as the loss of medical students＇ professional belief,the disconnection between knowledge and practice,the lack of medical ethics education.Finally,the authors suggest that the professional quality of medical students and the spirit of craftsman should be consolidated by enhancing medical students＇ professional belief,improving medical students＇ professional quality,and strengthening the medical students＇ moral foundation.
