摘　　要：阐述新时期对医学信息管理专业教师的素质要求以及师资建设现状,进而提出改进建议,包括青年教师导师制、拓宽教师知识结构、成立教师学习共同体等方面,以期进一步优化师资力量。The paper dilates on requirements for qualification of teachers of medical infformation management profession in the new era and the situation of building of teaching team, and raises suggestions for improvement, including the supervisor system for young teachers, broadening teachers＇knowledge structure, establishing the teacher learning commnity and other aspects in the hope to optimize the faculty.
