“三达德”在体育教师团队建设中的价值研究

摘　　要：《中庸》将"智""仁""勇"称为"三达德",孔子将其视为君子必须具备的三种美德。在当前体育教师团队建设中,智、仁、勇亦是团队发展必须具备的品德。分析了"三达德"在团队建设中的价值导向,认为,"智"是价值判断的基础,"仁"是关系融洽的保障,"勇"是创新发展的动力。指出,应启发体育教师的"爱智"之欲,发扬体育教师的"仁爱"之德,倡导体育教师的"勇敢"之力,不断实践及彰显"三达德"的价值,为当代体育教师团队建设提供参考。In The Doctrine of Mean,wisdom,benevolence and courage are called three＂required virtues＂,which Confucius regarded as the three virtues that a gentleman must possess.In the current team building of PE teachers,wisdom,benevolence and courage are also the qualities that must be possessed in team development.This article analyzes the value orientation of＂Three Required Virtues＂in team building,and it believes that wisdom is the basis of value judgment,benevolence is the guarantee of harmonious relationship,and courage is the driving force for innovation and development.It points out that it is necessary to inspire the PE teachers＇ desire of loving wisdom,to promote their moralities of benevolence,to advocate their bravery power,to constantly practice and highlight the value of＂three required virtues＂.This study aims to provide a reference for the contemporary team building of PE teachers.
