摘　　要：目的探究外周血细胞对住院老年食管癌患者负性情绪的影响。方法选取2014年6月至2017年6月期间我院收治的416例住院老年食管癌患者为研究对象,其中271例患者合并焦虑和抑郁的负性情绪设为观察组,其余145例患者心理健康设为对照组。比较两组患者的焦虑自评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分、部分外周血细胞指标和免疫功能指标。结果观察组患者的SAS评分和SDS评分均显著高于对照组患者,观察组患者外周血中白细胞、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞计数均高于对照组患者,红细胞计数和血红蛋白浓度均低于对照组患者,观察组患者的免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白M水平和CD4/CD8均低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论合并负性情绪的住院老年食管癌患者炎症反应严重,免疫功能受损,改善患者外周血细胞,降低炎症反应,提高免疫功能能够缓解其焦虑和抑郁的负性情绪。Objective To investigate the effect of peripheral blood cells on the negative emotions of elderly patients with esophageal carcinoma. Methods A total of 416 elderly patients with esophageal carcinoma were enrolled in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2017. The negative emotions of 271 patients with anxiety and depression were set as the observation group. The remaining 145 patients had mental health as the control group. Self-rating anxiety scale score,self-rating depression scale score,partial peripheral blood cell index and immune function index were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of white blood cell,neutrophil and lymphocyte in the peripheral blood of 6 the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group. Immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin G,immunoglobulin M and CD4/CD8 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〉0. 05）. The levels of red blood cell and hemoglobin were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The elderly patients combined with negative emotions have serious inflammatory reactions and impaired immune function. Improved peripheral blood cells,reduced inflammatory response,and improved immune function can relieve the negative emotions of anxiety and depression.
