摘　　要：以功能翻译理论为指导,对在美国畅销书《Works Well With Others》翻译过程中遇到的问题进行了分析及思考,并试图找到对应的解决方案,阐明了在翻译过程中所运用的增译、被动语态转换、词类的转换、句群的整合与拆分以及解决文化差异问题等翻译技巧,以期为以后翻译此类书籍提供借鉴与参考。Guided by functionalist translation theory,this paper analyzes and considers the problems encountered in the translation of Works Well With Others,a best-selling book in the United States,tries to find out the corresponding solutions to the problem,and clarifies the translation techniques used in the process of translation,such as increasing translation,passive voice conversion,conversion of parts of speech,the integration and separation of sentence groups,and the solution of cultural differences,which provide reference for the translation of such books in the future.
