中国水产品质量安全监管现状与工作思路

摘　　要：新时代中国渔业发展进入新的阶段,面临着新的形势和任务。为进一步提高中国水产品质量安全监管水平,文章总结了2017年以及过去5年水产品质量安全监管工作的成效与经验,分析研判当前水产品质量安全监管工作面临的新形势和问题,提出了今后做好水产品质量安全监管工作的具体思路,强调要牢固树立质量安全是质量兴渔、绿色兴渔、品牌强渔的底线意识,积极采取切实有效措施,促进渔业健康持续发展。Currently,China has entered a new era,and fisheries industry has also developed into a new stage. Under the new situation and task,in order to further improve the level of quality safety supervision on the aquatic products of China,the paper summarized the work effectiveness and experiences of quality safety supervision on the aquatic products in 2017 and last five years,and analyzed the current new situation and challenge. Then the paper put forward the specific thinking of quality safety supervision on the aquatic products in future. Meanwhile,it also emphasized on firmly establishing a consciousness of quality safety for high quality,environment-friendly,and famous brand fishery,and actively taking effective measures to promote a healthy and sustainable development of fishery.
