摘 要:钼酸铵是一种重要的钼化学品,主要用来生产钼系催化剂、钼粉及钼金属制品,也可用来生产化学试剂、缓蚀剂、陶瓷颜料、金属表面处理剂及微量元素肥料等。由于钼金属制品和大多数钼化工制品都以钼酸铵为前驱体,因此,钼酸铵的制备工艺直接影响着后续产品的物化性能和加工性能。文中主要介绍了国内外几种常用钼酸铵的生产概况及生产工艺,重点对比了几种生产工艺在原料适应性、回收率、产品质量及环保方面的差异,并展望了我国钼酸铵生产工艺的发展方向。Ammonium molybdate is a kind of important molybdenum chemical, which is mainly used for production of molybdenum-based catalyst, molybdenum powder and molybdenum metal products, it can also used for production of chenfical reagent, con'osion inhibitor, ceramic pigment, metal surface treating agent, trace element fertilizer and so on. The preparation technology of ammonium molybdate directly affect the physical and chemical properties and handling characteristics of the subsequent products due to ammonium molybdate is the precursor of molybdenum metal products and most of molybdenum chemical industrial products. The production situations and production processes of several kinds of common ammonium molybdate in domestic and abroad is mainly introduced, the differences among raw material adaptability, recovery rate, product quality and enviromnental protection of production processes are mainly compared, and the development direction of anunonium molybdate production process of our country is forecasted.
