摘 要:大型直升机的滑动舱门尺寸较大,强度刚度要求高,多根滑轨和多个滑轮组的布置导致舱门运动过约束,易发生滑行卡滞问题,并导致舱门无法上锁。以某大型民用直升机的滑动舱门为例,对其滑动过程建立运动方程,分析滑轨轨迹设计和滑轮组布置时需要注意的问题,并基于LMS Motion对舱门滑动过程进行多体动力学仿真分析,分析及验证其滑轨导致舱门滑行运动不顺畅的原因。再优化改进滑轨轨迹设计,降低滑动舱门打开时的开启力,使舱门滑行更顺畅。The sliding door of helicopter almost with large size,and required high strength and stiffness.It's several track and roller-assembly designing leads to over-constrained of sliding movement,that usually causes blocked of movement,and results in unable to locking the door. To verify the influence factors of the design for the track and roller-assembly,the kinematics function are built for sliding movement,and the multi-body dynamics analysis model of sliding movement are established with LMS Virtual. Lab software. And used a certain civil helicopter,this paper analyzed the track effect works on sliding movement,and optimized the track to reduce the force of open the sliding door,made the sliding door moving more stability.
