摘 要:针对气控喉栓式可调喷管方案的结构设计问题,分析了影响方案的关键尺寸以及方案优选的目标,通过试验设计和数值仿真的方法实现了对方案关键尺寸的优化设计,并依据该设计完成冷试原理样机的加工以及试验。试验结果表明所设计的气控喉栓式可调喷管方案原理可行,所采用的试验设计和数值仿真方法能够满足方案设计与优化的要求。The structural design of the pintle-controlled regulated nozzle is discussed. The key dimensions affecting the design and the objective of the optimization are analyzed. Through the experimental design and numerical simulation method, the optimal design of the key dimensions is realized. According to the design, the principle prototype and the cold experimental verification are finished. The experimental results show that the design principle of the pintle-controlled regulated nozzle is feasible, and the simulation method can meet the requirements of the design and optimization of the program.
