摘　　要：提高医学生的医患沟通技能和临床问诊技能,是医学生培养中不可忽视的重要环节。本文对近年来计算机问诊技能训练与考核系统的研究现状进行了梳理,并对存在的问题进行了剖析,提出了深入研究的方向,以期为问诊实训教学的深入开展和完善提供参考。Improving medical students＇ communication skills and clinical inquiry skills is an important link in the cultivation of medical students. In this paper, the current research situation of the training and examination system of computer inquiry and diagnosis skills is combed in recent years, the existing problems are analyzed, and the direction of further research is put forward.The paper can provide a reference for the further development and perfection of the practice training teaching of inquire.
