摘  要:提升口译能力,培养译员素养是口译实践教学的目标。实践教学通常被安排在语言知识、口译技能、专题知识习得之后,其绝大部分教学内容属于无法直接用语言描述和传达的隐性知识。借助知识管理学中隐性知识在组织中的传递理论和SECI模型,以广东外语外贸大学MTI口译教学为例,分析实践教学目标的实现过程,探讨口译实践教学课程设置、教学安排的科学性和合理性。Strengthening interpreting competence and building interpreter competence are the aims pursued by practice training in interpreting education. The training usually starts after students' acquiring lin- guistic knowledge, interpreting skills and thematic knowledge for interpreting. Its main contents can be cate- gorized as "tacit knowledge" that cannot be directly expressed or transferred verbally. Based on the tacit knowledge transfer theory and SECI model in Knowledge Management, this paper analyses the realization of the aims of practice training and explores the rationale behind its course design and activity arrangement by case-studying the practice training of MTI Programme in Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.
