摘 要:介绍了提高导热油炉热效率的五个措施,可提高炉膛内的燃烧效率,提高辐射传热面和对流传热面的传热效率,增加烟气余热回收的综合利用,减少炉体和炉膛内的散热损失;采用先进的控制和监测手段,使导热油炉的燃烧工况处于低氧燃烧状态。The five operations to improve the thermal efficiency of conductive oil furnace are introduced, which can improve the combustion efficiency onto high furnace and heat transfer efficiency between radiation heat transfer surface and convection heat transfer surface, also add the comprehensive utilization of recycling on smog and afterheat, and decrease the heat loss of furnace surface and inner. The combustion situation of conductive oil furnace is in low-oxygen state by applying advanced controlling and monitoring methods.
