摘 要:目的分析微课在医学高专生物化实验教学中的应用效果。方法将我省某高专三年制医学专业1班、2班、3班、4班学生作为研究对象,研究组(1班与2班合班,共122人)接受微课式实验教学,对照组(3班与4班合班,共120人)接受实传统实验式教学,比较两组学生成绩,并给予问卷调查学生对此次教学方式的意见。结果研究组考试成绩为(92.6±1.3)分,高于对照组的(80.4±1.1)分,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较两组学生对此次教学模式满意度,研究组总体满意度为90.98%,高于对照组的73.33%,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微课在医学高专生物学实验教学中应用效果突出,可提升学生学习兴趣,改善教学质量。Objective To analyze and discuss the application efect of Micro class in teaching of biochemistry experiment in medical college. Methods Students in class 1, class 2, class 3 and class 4 in three year system of a high school in my province were selected as the discussion objects. The study group (1 classes and 2 classes together, 122 peoples) were received micro class experimental teaching, while the control group (3 classes and 4 classes together, 120 peoples) were received traditional experimental teaching. Then, the results of two groups of students were tested, and the teaching method of students' opinion were given the questionnaire survey, and the results were analyzed by statistical analysis. Results The examination results in the study group was (92.6±1.3)scores, which was higher than that in the control group of (80.4±1.1)scores, and the difference of data was obvious (P 〈 0.05). The satisfaction with the teaching model of two groups of students were compared. In terms of overall satisfaction, the study group was 90.98%, which was higher than that in the control group of 73.33%, and the diference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The application efect of Micro class in teaching of biochemistry experiment in Medical College are outstanding, which can enhance students' interest in learning and improve teaching quality.
