长期血液透析并发肾囊肿和肾肿瘤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的针对运用长期血液透析方法进行医治的患者,对透析后出现肾囊肿与肾肿瘤疾病的概率展开分析。方法将2015年1月—2018年3月作为本次研究的时间段,从中任意挑选进行长期血液透析的患者80例。运用超声、CT等方法观察和统计患者出现肾囊肿与肾肿瘤的情况。结果有部分患者透析后并发肾囊肿和肾肿瘤,且患者透析时间越长,引发肾囊肿与肾肿瘤的几率越高。结论经过长期血液透析的患者,容易导致肾功能下降,进而演变为肾囊肿与肾肿瘤,应当及时采取措施预防疾病的发生。Objective To analyze the probability of renal cyst and renal tumor after dialysis. Methods From January 2015 to March 2018, 80 cases of long-term hemodialysis weRE selected. Ultrasonography and CT were used to observe and evaluate renal cyst and renal tumor in patients. Results some patients had renal cyst and renal tumor after dialysis, and the longer the patient＇s dialysis time, the higher the probability of renal cyst and renal tumor. Conclusion For long-term hemodialysis patients, it is easy to lead to the decline of renal function, and then to renal cysts and renal tumors, should take timely measures to prevent the occurrence of disease.
