青春期骨性Ⅲ类错畸形改良前后侧貌改变相关研究

摘　　要：目的研究改良牵引装置治疗青春期骨性Ⅲ类错畸形患者治疗前后软硬组织改变。方法 20名中轻度骨性Ⅲ青春期患者,采用改良牵引装置行面弓前牵引后,对其治疗前后的软硬组织相关指标测量,数据输入SPSS软件,进行治疗前后的配对t检验。结果治疗前后,上颌骨前部发育促进明显,下颌后退明显,上前牙直立,下前牙舌向倾斜移动,鼻基底角增大,鼻尖高度未变,下颌后旋,侧貌角减小,差异有统计学意义。结论改良的口内牵引装置,能有效的矫治青春期骨性Ⅲ患者,同时避免了上前牙唇倾。Objective To study the changes of soft and hard tissues before and after treatment of adolescent bone Ⅲ class patients with modified traction device. Methods 20 puberty- patients with moderate and mild bone Ⅲclass were treated with mod- ified traction device in front of line bow. The relative indexes of soft and hard tissue were measured before and after treatment, and the data were input into SPSS software for paired T test before and after treatment. Results Before and after treatment, the devel- opment of the anterior maxilla was promoted obviously, the mandibular receding was obvious, the anterior teeth were upright, the lower anterior teeth were inclined to the tongue, the base angle of the nose was enlarged, the height of the nasal tip was not changed, the mandibular backward rotation and the angle of lateral appearance was decreased, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The improved intra-oral traction device can effectively treat the adolescent bone type Ⅲ patients, and simultaneously avoids the labial inclination of the upper anterior teeth.
