摘 要:通过在青海西宁地区开展23个紫花苜蓿种植对比试验,为后续紫花苜蓿的进一步选育选择后备材料。通过紫花苜蓿的品种比较试验,开展物候期观测、牧草品质检测分析。结果表明:青大1号和CAL-6902紫花苜蓿返青率分别为91.34%、90.45%,两者间差异不显著(P>0.05),但显著(P<0.05)高于其他品种;青大1号、北林204、WL354HQ、金皇后及CAL-6902紫花苜蓿粗蛋白含量超过20%,北林204和金皇后相对饲喂值显著高于其他品种(P<0.05);通过分析其他营养指标,金皇后和CAL-6902紫花苜蓿营养成分均衡。综上所述,CAL-6902紫花苜蓿是比较优异的后备选育品种。We carried out the comparison test of 23 alfalfa planting in Xining area of Qinghai province, to select the breeding materials for further breeding. We took the comparison test of alfalfa cultivars, the observation and analysis of herbage varieties. Results showed that: The rate of returning green of Golden queen and CAL - 6902 alfalfa were 91.34%, 90. 45%. There was no significant difference ( P 〉 0. 05 ) at the same time between the two varieties. The rate of returning green of Golden queen and CAL - 6902 alfalfa were significant differ ence in other alfalfa varieties. The protein content of Qingda No. 1, Beilin No. 204, WL354HQ, Golden queen and CAL -6902 alfalfa were significant difference in other alfalfa varieties. The protein content of Beilin No. 204 and Gold queen alfalfa were significant higher than other varieties of alfalfa varieties ( P 〈 0. 05 ). To sum up, the golden queen alfalfa and eal - 6902 alfalfa are excellent reserve breeding varieties.
